Public Health Resources and Services from the National Library of Medicine

The National Library of Medicine (NLM), an institute of the NIH since 1962, has been providing free, quality, evidence-based resources to libraries, community-based organizations and more, but many public health organizations are not familiar with what NLM has to offer them.

This session will provide attendees with an overview of the health information resources available from the National Library of Medicine, best practices for integrating these resources into public health work, and the services, grant funding, and support for public health provided by the Network of the National Library of Medicine New England Region.
