Agency Membership is open to local and state government agencies, academic institutions and nonprofit, non-governmental organizations operating within the state of Vermont and which have an interest in promoting public health.
The following types of organizations may be eligible for Agency membership in VtPHA. The listing is intended to be descriptive but not exhaustive.

Agency Member Application process:
All new Agency Member applicants must submit a VtPHA Agency Member Application Form. The application must then be approved by the VtPHA Board which meets monthly. The organization and its employees/volunteers/students will become eligible for VtPHA member benefits once the VtPHA board approval has been granted and the applicable annual Agency Membership dues has been received.
